Overview
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
For bronze, brass, cast iron, steel or combinations. Venus C TIG is a highly alloyed aluminum bronze TIG filler. The addition of nickel and manganese gives it great versatility in joining and overlays on silicon bronzes, copper alloys, ferrous alloys and cast irons. Venus C TIG is the alloy of choice for applications such as valves, pumps, mixing blades, propellers and turbines.

Quick Specs

Applications
- Clean base metal completely, use stainless brush
- Preheat bronze to 400°F (204°C), avoid restrained joints
